Rob is an Associate with over a decade of experience identifying new opportunities, creating implementation plans, and driving successful change throughout organizations.
With Accordion, Rob has partnered with management and sponsors of private equity backed companies to improve liquidity and working capital. Representative Accordion engagements include a procure-to-pay and order-to-cash working capital diagnostic and implementation of identified opportunities for a global financial advisory firm, where he quantified working capital improvement opportunities and acted on a plan to capture and maintain this improvement. Rob also led working capital improvement initiatives for the largest customized and personalized hard goods and apparel distributor.
Before joining Accordion, Rob was a Vice President at a Crisis Staffing firm. He impacted multiple functional areas, such as Operations & IT, while continuing to build the company culture and brand. In that time, Rob became a specialist in finding opportunities and a generalist in applying these innovations across the company.
Rob Graduated from Central Michigan University with a B.A.A in Entrepreneurship and from Northwestern Kellogg with an M.B.A.
