Minh Pham

Minh is an Associate within Accordion’s Strategic Finance practice with seven years of professional experience in financial services industry. His expertise includes accounting and auditing, financial modeling, cash flow forecasting, litigation funding, underwriting, and financial risks management.

Before Accordion, Minh worked in litigation finance as a Financial Analyst at Counsel Financial, where he developed automated reporting and forecasting tools to transform the financial process, improve operational efficiencies, and reduce turnaround time. He became further involved in structured finance projects that supported the Investment Committee in forming and negotiating complex lending fund structures.

Minh started his career as an Audit Analyst at KPMG where he participated in multiple statutory audits for companies from a wide variety of industries. He later moved on to an Audit Senior position at Ernst & Young where he led and managed engagement teams performing audit, control, and compliance services for the Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) sector in Vietnam.

Minh graduated from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Commerce. Minh also holds a Master’s degree in Finance from Stevens Institute of Technology with Outstanding Leadership and Service Award.

Something You Should Know

  • Had a side career as a professional musician. A Funk drummer ended up playing Progressive Rock, Alternative Metal and Indie Rock for almost 10 years.
  • Obsessed with extreme sports. He always spends his weekend snowboarding, surfing, inline skating and paddle boarding. Sometimes, he can do all of them in one day.
  • Currently leads a social learning group of 100+ Vietnamese sharing, training and doing high-intensity sports together, like skiing, snowboarding, surfing, skating, roller dancing, road cycling, kayaking and paddleboarding.
