Miki is an Associate within Accordion’s Strategic Finance practice with nearly two years of experience in banking and capital markets.
Before joining Accordion, Miki was an Investment Banking Analyst at J.P. Morgan, covering middle market M&A advisory on the West Coast. She contributed in preparation and execution of transactions for companies in diverse sectors, including fintech, Consumer Packaged Goods, e-commerce, semiconductor, logistics, electrical manufacturing, and sports technology.
Miki has experience performing financial valuation analyses, leading research to assess the strengths and weaknesses of possible acquirers / targets, and managing the due diligence process.
Miki graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with a B.A. in Economics and Data Science.
