Kelley is a Senior Consultant with over 6 years of NetSuite Consulting experience. Prior to Accordion, she worked at Oracle NetSuite for 5 years in the Advanced Customer Support (ACS) organization.
Her work at Oracle NetSuite included managing projects, identifying client use cases and requirements, designing and implementing ERP solutions, training the end user, and providing ongoing support for NetSuite customers. She has worked with dozens of clients and helped build customer loyalty by ensuring a full understanding of their business and customizing NetSuite to fit particular needs as their business grows and changes.
Prior to working at Oracle NetSuite, she began her career in software working at ISN, a SaaS company specializing in contractor and supplier management.
Kelley holds a B.B.A. in Economics from the University of Georgia. She is a certified ERP Consultant with additional NetSuite certifications including Suite Foundations, Administrator Certification, Financial User Certification, and Suite Analytics.
