Jessica Li is a Director with experience in M&A, Corporate Finance, and Accounting. She is a CFA Charterholder and a Certified Public Accountant.
Representative Accordion engagements including designing and developing financial models for FP&A to streamline reporting and budgeting process, as well as building investment fund models allowing for an automated updating process.
Prior to joining Accordion, Jessica was an investment banking associate at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where she participated in multi-billion dollar M&A transactions and financings, and has established solid financial and valuation modeling skills. Notable transactions include leveraged buyout of a healthcare IT company by Nordic Capital, and Zimmer Biomet’s acquisition of a global medical device company.
Before that, she was an investment banking analyst at Piper Jaffray and China Merchant Securities, advising clients across all sectors on a broad range of transactions including IPOs, M&As, privatizations, and pre-IPO investments in Asia-Pacific. Jessica began her career at Ernst & Young where she was involved in annual financial audits and accounting due diligence.
Jessica received her MBA at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and graduated with a BBA from Hong Kong University of Science & Technology. She is certified in Series 63 and 79.
