Jason is a Director with nearly eight years of experience working in accounting, mergers and acquisition, and data analytics. His expertise primarily lies in the financial services industry working with clients ranging from small startups to large corporations.
Before joining Accordion, Jason was a Director at Ankura in the Analytics & Data Strategy group. He helped to automate certain processes within clients’ finance departments through the use of data analytics. He also assisted in the investigation of fraud allegations through the analysis of large data sets using data analytics. Jason was also responsible for driving the adoption of certain analytics tools within the group.
Prior to Ankura, Jason served as a Manager in EY’s Strategy and Transactions practice with a focus on the financial services industry. There, he provided both buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence services to private equity and corporate clients in mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and carve-outs. Jason was also responsible for helping to drive the adoption of using data analytics within the practice.
Before EY, Jason spent a number of years at PwC in their assurance practice where he was responsible for performing and reviewing audit procedures focusing on the asset management industry.
Jason graduated Summa Cum Laude from Montclair State University with a B.S. in accounting and a M.B.A. in Finance.
