Gwen Coyle

Gwen is a Senior Director with over a decade of experience working with a focus towards financial based solutions. She has delivered innovative strategies to her clients by developing and implementing dynamic software solutions using proven implementation methodologies for enterprise planning tools, financial reporting products, cloud solutions, and process re-engineering.

She has deployed financial consolidation, financial planning, and dashboard/reporting solutions within a broad range of technical frameworks and organizational models. Considered a thought leader in this space, Gwen is a frequent orator on both the regional and national stage.

Before joining Accordion, Gwen spent over a decade working in corporate finance and performance improvement. She has professionally managed projects for over 15 years, including managing all phases of projects from identification and selection through implementation and transition. She has significant experience in all phases of development including needs analysis, model design, interface design, testing, training, re-engineering, and deployment. Gwen has also managed and developed near-shore teams in South America & Mexico.

Gwen’s experience also includes working with global companies with operations throughout South America and Europe. She has experience in a number of industries, including retail, healthcare, technology, manufacturing, and telecom.

Gwen graduated from the University of Texas (at Arlington) with a B.S. in Accounting and a minor in Management Information Systems.
