Amin is a Vice President with nearly a decade of advisory, transformation, integration, and performance improvement experience with clients ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies.
Before joining Accordion, Amin was the Senior Manager of M&A Integrations for 777 Partners. Through his role, he has led the integration of multiple entities, redesigned the P2P and OTC processes, and led multiple process improvement and automation initiatives. He also project managed the successful creation of an aircraft leasing business which is in line to acquire ~40 Boeing planes in the next 4 years.
Before 777 Partners, Amin worked at EY as a manager advising clients on finance transformation, strategy, and process improvement. He has also led share services initiatives, ERP implementations, and M&A activity. Some of his significant initiatives include the financial system integration of multiple systems after the Dow-DuPont merger and the successful creation of a shared services organization for the record to report function at a public $20B healthcare system.
Amin graduated from Florida International University with a B.S. in Economics.
