Adam is an Associate with over four years of experience in financial modeling, due diligence, buy-side and sell-side analysis, operations assessments, revenue modeling, and technology integration. He has experience in the healthcare, SaaS, consumer goods, telecommunications, and agriculture industries.
Prior to Accordion, Adam was an Analyst at Physician Growth Partners, a deal advisory and growth equity firm in Chicago. At PGP, he supported buy-side and sell-side opportunities and performed financial and operational due diligence, diagnosing financial trends and leading initiatives to streamline operations. He transitioned from PGP to an interim FP&A Manager role at a privately-held dermatology group, where he worked hand-in-hand with management to consolidate financial statements across subsidiaries, forecast compliance with debt covenants, and position the company through COVID-19. Adam has also held roles at venture capital startup RVP Equity and investment bank Maxim Group.
At Accordion, Adam has worked with clients across the business lifecycle. He provided transaction and operational support for the acquisition of a $25MM telecommunications company. In addition, he has helped a healthcare rollup execute its turnaround plan, an agriculture company manage liquidity, and a transportation enterprise review the profitability of its portfolio of leases. At a $1B revenue consumer goods company, Adam built reporting packages to analyze brand profitability, understand supply chain constraints, and enhance the inventory allocation process. He has also worked with multiple SaaS providers to better understand and forecast recurring revenue.
Adam graduated magna cum laude from the Kelley School of Business Honors Program at Indiana University, where he earned degrees in Accounting and Technology Management. He also completed his M.B.A. at Indiana University with a concentration in Financial Analysis. Adam is a Certified Public Accountant in Illinois.
