Nick is the CEO & Founder of Accordion, a private equity-focused financial and technology consulting firm. Since founding Accordion in 2009, Nick has grown the company to serve more than 300 of the world’s premier private equity firms and their portfolio companies – providing services that span the entire CFO function. Accordion is headquartered in New York and has nine offices across the United States. Before Accordion, Nick worked at BHC Interim Funding, Bear Stearns, and CapitalSource Finance. Nick earned his BS in Finance from Saint Joseph’s University.  Read more

Travis joined GTCR in 2005 and is currently a Managing Director. Travis focuses on GTCR’s portfolio valuation and monitoring and investor relations activities. He is a Certified Public Accountant and previously worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers in its Assurance practice. Travis holds an MBA from the Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago, and a B.S. in finance and accounting from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.  Read more

Roanne Daniels

Managing Director, Roark Capital

Roanne joined Roark in 2021 and is a member of Roark's Investment Committee. She was formerly a Partner at Hellman & Friedman in San Francisco, where she focused on improving the value creation plans and operational efficiency of that firm's portfolio companies. Before joining Hellman & Friedman in 2017, Roanne spent over 12 years in Boston, London and Johannesburg with Bain Capital, where she was an Operating Partner. She has served on the boards of the Edcon Group, formerly South Africa's largest non-grocery retailer, and the French home furnishings and decor company Maisons du Monde. Prior to Bain Capital, Roanne was a consultant at McKinsey & Company, a correspondent and editor for Thomson Reuters and an investment banker at Morgan Stanley. She received an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.A. from the University of Virginia.  Read more

Field Operations Senior Advisor, TPG

Subhi is a Senior Finance Operations Executive with nearly 20 years of extensive experience delivering value creation and business transformation results across a broad range of industry sectors and geographies. He joined the TPG European Ops team in 2010, transferring to US Field Operations as Senior Advisor in 2015. Subhi has also been the leader of TPG's Cross-portfolio Cash and Working Capital Management program since 2017, creating a cash focused culture across the portfolio. Prior to this, Subhi worked at EY in both London and Moscow, and has accumulated extensive transaction experience in commercial and financial due diligence, M&A lead advisory, valuations, business modelling, as well as corporate distress situations.

David Allen
David Allen
Operating Advisor, BC Partners

David Allen is a former Operating Partner at both Apollo and BC Partners. Today, he serves the Board of Directors for BCP Credit's funds, chairs the Board of Directors at CBRE's Infrastructure Finance platform, and is senior advisor to accounting firm Grant Thornton. Earlier in his career, David held executive positions within divisions of Goldman, AIG and Barclays. David earned his BS in ILR from Cornell University.   Read more
