A Canadian moving and storage company serving residential, construction, commercial, and industrial customers needed to replace siloed legacy systems with a single Salesforce platform. Manual processes across sales and service, fragmented invoicing caused by disconnected clouds, and the absence of any integration to SAP ERP were slowing Order-to-Cash, creating transaction errors, and preventing the business from scaling operations consistently across customer segments. The company required an end-to-end Lead-to-Ledger solution that connected every system from initial customer contact through to a reconciled ledger entry.

  • Built automatic Work Order generation and amendment workflows alongside product inventory, yard management, and transaction management capabilities, giving operations teams real-time visibility into assets and jobs
