Accordion announces record number of company-wide promotions in 2025

NEW YORK – February 3, 2025 – Accordion, a financial consulting firm focused on private equity, recently announced that it has promoted 80 team members across the firm. The promotions include executives spanning Accordion’s major practice areas and business operations functions: Operational & Technical Accounting, Strategic Financial Planning & Analysis, CFO-Driven Transformation, CFO Technology, Transaction Execution, Data & Analytics, Turnaround & Restructuring, People Operations, Financial Operations, Business Development, and Marketing & Brand. 

Today’s announcement reflects Accordion’s notable year-over-year growth. It also aligns with the firm’s ambitious scaling plans to cement itself as private equity’s go-to partner to the CFO across the globe. Additionally, Accordion’s prioritization of employee career growth underscores why the firm has been recognized as an employer of choice within the finance industry.  

Included in today’s announcement are eight notable senior promotions to Managing Director: 

Ana Lambe, Managing Director, CFO Technology (ERP): Ana has over a decade of experience in digital transformation, specializing in systems implementations and finance transformation. With a particular focus on private equity-backed companies in the SaaS sector, professional & financial services, and media & publishing, Ana’s expertise lies in leveraging cutting-edge technologies and advanced analytics to optimize financial processes, enhance data-driven decision-making, and implement scalable systems that align with strategic business objectives. 

Luciano Stasi, Managing Director, CFO Technology (CPM): Luciano has over 10 years of experience specializing in consolidation, data integration, financial reporting, and analytics, for clients ranging from mid-market to Fortune 500 companies. He has been a Hyperion Project Lead and Developer for a number of projects, and is an expert in both financial analysis and financial system implementations. 

Andrew Fahy, Managing Director, CFO Technology (CPM): Andrew has over 10 years of finance and consulting experience. Bringing a strong financial background to CPM consulting, he has experience leading large-scale projects for global organizations across consolidations, forecasting & planning, data integration, and analytics. Andrew’s depth of knowledge allows him to effectively understand how finance functions can work together across a client’s CPM applications to ensure a cohesive solution. 

Manuel Garcia, Managing Director, Strategic FP&A: Manuel has over two decades of experience in business operations, FP&A, and strategic and financial advisory services. He specializes in software and technology engagements with both public and private companies, recently partnering with Thoma Bravo, TA Associates, and Vista. His experience includes operational initiatives such as bookings and ARR planning, forecasting process redesign, management reporting development, cash and liquidity optimization, and leading transformative programs—including the development of data platforms and implementation of Adaptive for FP&A teams within software companies.

Erica Thurm, Managing Director, Strategic FP&A: Erica has more than a decade of experience working across financial planning & analysis, mergers & acquisitions, data analytics, and accounting. Her expertise spans a variety of industries, including healthcare, technology, manufacturing, and retail, with companies ranging from midsize to large multinational companies. Leveraging extensive data modeling and analytics, Erica has helped clients enhance visibility into their financial and operational performance to drive business insights and progress toward strategic initiatives. 

Alex Milani, Managing Director, Transaction Execution: Alex has nearly two decades of experience in advisory, private equity, and transaction execution. His specific expertise lies in acquisitions, carve-outs, and transactions, working with private equity sponsors to fully integrate financial reporting, systems, processes, and personnel. He’s led multiple end-to-end merger integration/carve-out projects, enabling clients to drive deal value through issue-free Day 1 and post-close execution. 

Niels Blom, Managing Director, Transformation: Niels has more than a decade of experience in strategy, operations, and finance consulting, creating value for clients ranging from small and medium-sized enterprises to blue-chip corporations. Through his work, he has enabled clients to achieve top-line growth as well as cost reduction through SG&A and (indirect) spend optimization, has led large-scale transformations in both deal and non-deal environments, and supported CFOs in defining their strategic vision through streamlined, tech-enabled processes. 

Jason Boo, Managing Director, Business Development: Jason has more than 15 years of advisory and consulting experience with clients ranging from small startups to large multinational companies spanning a variety of industries, including healthcare, financial services, and technology. He’s an expert at partnering with clients to accelerate growth by analyzing and implementing solutions for their unique business challenges—including developing value creation strategies, M&A synergy realization initiatives, and leveraging technology to streamline operations.
