Context

The industry-leading AIOps platform for SAP operations, helping enterprises monitor, automate, and optimize complex SAP landscapes, was running its global SaaS subscription business on Excel-based Quote-to-Cash. Approvals happened offline, billing models were inconsistent across entities and currencies, and reconciliation risk was built into every deal cycle. With no unified Revenue Lifecycle view and no integration between commercial and financial data, the finance team had no reliable single source of truth as the subscription business scaled.

  • Built MuleSoft integration to NetSuite so that commercial data generated in Salesforce and financial data in NetSuite stay in sync, eliminating the manual reconciliation that had created risk between the two systems 
  • Positioned Agentforce Revenue Management as the single source of truth for commercial data across the subscription business, giving Finance a reliable foundation for reporting and planning as the business scales globally
