- Develop a dynamic Excel-based model, showcasing KPIs and various analyses, and obtain validation for KPI trends, outputs, and analyses from senior management and the sponsor—ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations and providing valuable insights.
- Finalize and hand over the Databook to the relevant parties, preparing a redacted version for broader group consumption.
- Implement a roll-forward update to maintain the relevance and accuracy of KPI trends for the specified period, ensuring ongoing utility and effectiveness of the delivered insights.
