With nearly three decades of financial and operational experience, Wen has worked with both healthy and distressed companies to improve performance and maximize value. Throughout her career — which includes roles at BDO Consulting, LLC, Loughlin Management Partners + Co, The Great Atlantic & Pacific Tea Company, Laurus Capital Management, Alvarez & Marsal, and Deloitte — she has successfully executed the performance improvement, value creation, merger integration, financial stand-up, EBITDA enhancement, restructuring, recapitalization, and turnaround of companies in various industries.
