- Implementing Oracle’s Financial Consolidation & Close solution as a replacement for its legacy HFM tool, bringing consolidations onto a common platform with planning and budgeting to streamline maintenance.
- Building a new reporting framework with ~350 financial and operational reports / packs for planner and executive consumption, including a new monthly operating report and commentary collection.
