  • Delineate requirements for key end-to-end processes related to sales, operations, finance, and accounting; then design future-state processes, conceptual technology stack options, and operating model framework.
  • Identify 15 key initiatives (out of 150) as priorities to achieve future-state.
  • Partner to develop business case for transformation and create implementation roadmap, including technology vendors.

Phase 2: Roll out and execution

  • Establish Transformation Management Office to architect holistic solutions for future-state design and strategic goals.
  • Implement standard policies, processes, and controls across all business units.
  • Develop new operational and financial KPIs to assess and manage business performance.
  • Launch a multi-dimensional chart of accounts to serve stakeholders across all regions and business units.
  • Led the charge for change, bringing teams along with creative approach to training and testing.
