- Establish Transformation Management Office to architect holistic solutions for future-state design and strategic goals.
- Implement standard policies, processes, and controls across all business units.
- Develop new operational and financial KPIs to assess and manage business performance.
- Launch a multi-dimensional chart of accounts to serve stakeholders across all regions and business units.
- Led the charge for change, bringing teams along with creative approach to training and testing.
