Thomas is a Solution Lead with multiple years of full cycle implementation experience taking clients from discovery and requirements gathering to UAT and go-live optimization.
Before joining Accordion, Thomas worked as a Staff Consultant at an award-winning alliance partner of Oracle NetSuite in North America. He took part and led full-cycle implementations for businesses from requirements gathering and process mapping to UAT and go-live. Throughout the project cycle, he has driven multiple meetings and walkthroughs with his clients to understand their processes and worked with developers to create multiple scripts and customizations. He has also led status calls with senior management and C-Suite to manage project timelines and risks. His performance has awarded him two internal promotions within the previous firm.
He is fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese. His experience includes working with clients throughout North America and Asia from industries including manufacturing, biotechnology, and wholesale distribution.
Thomas graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with a B.A. in economics and a minor in Data Science. He has also obtained multiple NetSuite certifications including SuiteFoundations, NetSuite Certified Administrator, NetSuite Certified Financial User, and NetSuite Certified SuiteAnalytics User.
