Spencer Allan

Spencer Allan is a Solutions Architect with eight years of experience in business systems and performance improvement across a wide range of industries. Spencer specializes in technology-focused transformations, bringing a user-first approach to rigid system architecture and operational process design.

Before joining Accordion, Spencer spent several years as a Salesforce consultant, specializing in complex quote-to-cash solutions. At DoubleTrack, he served as a Senior Consultant focused on CPQ implementations, achieving a 100% conversion rate to managed services. As a Senior Consultant at Simplus, he was recognized as Employee of the Month in his second month for exceptional performance and client delivery.

Earlier in his career, Spencer held in-house roles at software companies. As a Business Systems Manager he oversaw organizations’ business systems’ architecture, including CRM, integrations, and data governance— driving insight generation and enabling faster, confident decision-making. Prior, he worked as a Pricing and Product Strategy Analyst, where he collaborated directly with the CEO and Chief Product Office on long-range market analysis and complex pricing models.

Known for his exceptional relational skills and ability to build trust across stakeholders, Spencer brings a collaborative approach to every engagement. He pairs this with excellent project management capabilities, consistently delivering complex initiatives on time and with precision.

Spencer graduated magna cum laude from Lewis & Clark College with a degree in Economics, attending with the President’s and Dean’s Scholarships, and serving as Chair of the Society of Economists. He is 4x Salesforce certified, and 4x certified by the Pragmatic Marketing Institute.
