Sheena is a Vice President in Accordion’s Transaction Execution practice with more than six years of experience in M&A strategy and execution. She supports private equity sponsors and management teams across the deal lifecycle, with a focus on operational and synergy due diligence, standalone and one‑time cost analysis, carve‑outs and Day‑1 readiness, post‑merger integration, and target operating model and organizational design.
At Accordion, Sheena leads workstreams that span synergy modeling and tracking, standalone costing, transition service agreement (TSA) scoping and management, and Day‑1 and Day‑100 planning. She serves as a lead on integration and separation programs, coordinating inputs across finance, operations, commercial, and HR teams and translating deal theses into detailed workplans, decision materials, and execution roadmaps for sponsors and corporate stakeholders.
Before joining Accordion, Sheena worked in transactions and M&A across multiple Big Four firms in Sydney, advising global and domestic clients on large, complex deals in consumer and retail, financial services, technology, media and telecommunications, healthcare and pharmaceuticals, and transport and logistics. She began her career in venture capital and holds a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Finance and Economics, from the University of Sydney.
