Sheena is a Vice President with over four years of experience in M&A strategy, operational and synergies due diligence, standalone and one-fff costing, carve outs and Day 1 readiness, post-merger integration, synergy identification and realization, TSAs, joint venture establishment, project management and target operating model and organizational structure design.
Before joining Accordion, Sheena worked in transactions and M&A across the Big 4 in Sydney, advising both global and domestic clients across large scale complex transactions in the consumer retail, financial services, TMT, healthcare & pharmaceuticals and transport & logistics industries.
Sheena holds a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Finance & Economics from The University of Sydney.
