Seth Jones

Seth is a Vice President in Accordion’s Transformation practice with experience across the healthcare, technology, and software industries. He focuses on helping private equity-backed companies improve reporting, streamline operations, and optimize data structures and processes to address complex financial and operational questions.​

At Accordion, Seth leads and supports transformation and working capital optimization programs, including reporting and analytics, process design, and data-driven performance improvement. His work has included improving billing, supplier management, disputes handling, and invoice processing for multi-channel businesses. In these engagements, he coordinates interviews, requirements, and analytical work to develop pragmatic recommendations and implementation roadmaps.​

Before joining Accordion, Seth worked primarily in the healthcare sector in roles across finance, business intelligence, and corporate strategy at organizations including Sona Dermatology, AccentCare, and MedeAnalytics. He led initiatives in financial and analytic improvement, FP&A, market development, board reporting, managed care price modeling, and IT infrastructure, and he specialized in designing solutions that automate performance measurement by better leveraging technology and process design. Seth began his career at Compass Professional Health Services, a Dallas-based technology start-up, where he worked with unstructured payer claims data to build a data repository and profitability models for clients and helped introduce SaaS methodologies on the operations side of a transitioning software company.​

Seth holds a B.S. in Biology from Texas Tech University and a Master of Business Analytics from Southern Methodist University, and he is a certified Hadoop Developer.
