Riley is a Solutions Lead with 5+ years of Workday Adaptive Planning experience including 20+ full implementations, workforce planning, integrations and review and recommend projects. Riley specializes in helping companies get the most out of their enterprise performance management platform.
Before joining Accordion, Riley served as a consulting manager at a leading Workday implementation firm where he managed a team of Adaptive Planning consultants while serving as an architect on 12+ Adaptive Planning projects. Before moving into a manager role, Riley served on various Adaptive Planning projects as both a lead and support model builder.
His experience includes working with medium to large enterprise companies across various industries including SaaS, Insurance, Hospital System, Physical Therapy, Financials/Banking, Non-Profit Foundation, School Networks, Semiconductors, Oral Health, Pest Control, Call Center Services, and Trucking/Logistics companies. Riley has extensive experience with Workday integrations and has also developed NetSuite and Salesforce integrations.
Riley started his financial planning & analysis career on the customer side at a large charter school in Chicago where he assisted in developing and managing the network’s budget. He also served as the Adaptive Planning administrator for the school network and experienced a full Adaptive Planning implementation on the customer side.
Riley graduated from Texas Christian University (TCU) with a B.A. in History & General Business. Riley holds both a Workday Adaptive Planning and Workday Platform certification.
