Monali Patel

Monali is a Senior Consultant with eight years of experience in insurance, mutual fund accounting, retail banking, process improvement and automation, strategic planning, NAV operations, and cross-functional collaborations.

In the early stages of her career, Monali spent her undergraduate career gaining experience of retail banking at state of Delaware’s branches of TD Bank North America. Her senior year of her undergraduate career, she was selected to attend a national women’s student leader conference as a school representative.

Prior to joining Accordion, Monali worked in the finance department of Chubb Global Casualty. There, she was responsible for performing quarterly fluctuation analysis for audit support. Monali assisted  her team in identifying improvement areas and implementing strategies to automate processes. She also used data analytics tools to improve, provide solutions for, and mitigate projects. She has experience leading a team as a supervisor in NAV Operations responsible for financial reporting, reconciliations, portfolio valuations, cash flow projections, and working with offshore teams in India, Poland, and Ireland.

Monali graduated with from Wilmington University with a B.S. in Accounting and Finance, M.S. in Management, and M.B.A. with a concentration in Management Information Systems.
