Maximillian is a Vice President with experience in business process improvement, financial close acceleration, systems implementation and audit support.
At Accordion, Maximillian partners with private equity backed companies to document and understand complex business processes, identify areas for improvement within the finance function, and install operational changes to drive these improvements. This includes finding and implementing financial close acceleration opportunities. Maximillian has also assisted multiple clients with creating financial statements and supporting the existing finance function through year-end audits.
Prior to Accordion, Maximillian was an assurance staff at Ernst & Young. There, he tested investments within the healthcare, technology, real estate, and energy industries for a multi-billion-dollar private equity client. As an assurance staff, he also performed investment risk analysis to ensure no conflict of interest between EY and client investments.
Maximillian graduated with distinction from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University, with a B.S. in Finance and Accounting.
