Leon is a Senior Director with 20 years of experience in management and consulting with an emphasis on margin improvement. He has helped acute care and medical group clients optimize access and resource management, overcome issues such as uncompensated care and avoidable losses, and achieve charge integrity and reimbursement maximization.
Leon has led complex engagements of multiple disciplines providing transformative value to clients. He has led large teams and coordinated the delivery of revenue, cost, throughput, network integrity, and value-based care initiatives.
Prior to joining Accordion, Leon was a Senior Director at Pinnacle. Before that, Leon held leadership roles at Berkeley Research Group, The Claro Group, and Huron Consulting Group.
Leon earned a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering and Economics from Northwestern University and he is also fluent in Mandarin Chinese (Putonghua).
