Lavonne specializes in finance transformation and end-to-end business process optimization for clients ranging from mid-sized to global leading companies.
With Accordion, Lavonne is part of the Transformation practice, providing strategic advice to support private equity-backed portfolio companies on a wide range of transactions and performance improvement engagements, including profitability improvement, finance process optimization, liquidity enhancement, and digital transformation etc.
Before joining Accordion, Lavonne spent five years working in finance transformation and performance improvement. Lavonne started her consulting career in the Business Consulting practice at Ernst & Young, focused on operating model design, finance transformation, and end-to-end business process optimization. Lavonne served as an advisor to senior management in numerous finance transformation and performance improvement engagements with a specialization in record-to-report, financial statement close, financial planning & analysis, source-to-pay, order-to-cash, and operational due diligence in transactions. Her extensive consulting experience has been further strengthened with over ten years of consumer products industry experience.
Lavonne graduated with honors from the Guangdong University of Finance & Economics with a B.S. in Economics and from Columbia Business School with an M.B.A. in Finance and Strategy.
