John Tavolieri

John is a Managing Director with a 30-year track record of driving successful change through the end-to-end transformation of operations, technology and sales for global enterprises. He has a strong reputation for advancing organizational effectiveness and growing enterprise value via improved operating performance, increased customer value and world-class workplaces.

Prior to joining Accordion, John was a Partner at the private equity consulting firm FCM. Before FCM, he spent two decades as an executive at Nielsen, including roles as Chief Transformation Officer for the Global Connect business and Chief Technology and Operations Officer for the enterprise. He led transformation at scale, from operations to go-to-market approach, for ~30,000 associates across 100+ countries. He also played a key role in the carve-out and private-equity sale of Nielsen’s Global Connect business. Additionally, John has held senior roles at Loblaw Companies Ltd. (Canada’s largest retailer) and served as an advisor helping healthcare organizations create strategic plans that improved experiences for their patients and communities. He is a fully trained Six Sigma Executive Black Belt.

John holds a Bachelor of Mathematics from Waterloo University.
