Dimitri is a Director on Accordion’s Internal Finance team with over six years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, and M&A.

As a Vice President at Accordion, Dimitri has worked with clients on various engagements in the Strategic Finance practice including management reporting development, forecast process enhancement, and sell-side readiness. Select projects include:

  • Development of full management reporting pack for carve-out in the Consumer Products & Beauty industry (including monthly P&L, Top/Bottom customer analyses, and other high-priority views), with a core focus on data integrity
  • Development of dynamic pricing models and forecast models for large Professional Services provider, incorporating complex revenue recognition dynamics given nature of the business
  • Development of Financial and Operational Power BI Dashboards in addition to Excel-reporting pack enhancements for a large national recycling company
  • Led operating and forecast model creation for client in Information Services industry (part of $3bn sell-side transaction), and supported CFO during sale process

Prior to Accordion, Dimitri was an investment banking analyst at J.P.Morgan, where he helped advise mid- to large-cap corporations across industries on all aspects of corporate finance, including strategic separation and M&A transaction structuring (including spin-offs, split-offs, carve-outs, real estate monetization, SPACs), capital structure and liquidity optimization, and capital allocation advisory.

Dimitri was selected as part of the Thomas G. Labrecque Smart Start Scholarship, a four-year full-tuition scholarship and internship program at J.P. Morgan.

Dimitri graduated from New York University, Leonard N. Stern School of Business.
