Craig is a Vice President with over five years of experience in M&A and corporate strategy, corporate development, corporate finance, and corporate venture. Craig specializes in M&A strategy, diligence, and execution, advising clients ranging from startups to Fortune 500 enterprises.

Before Accordion, Craig worked across the corporate development and corporate venture teams at Index Exchange, a large advertising platform, working directly with senior management to complete the company’s first acquisition. Prior to this, Craig worked as a consultant at Altman Solon, a TMT focused strategy consulting firm, performing M&A and corporate strategy projects including market sizing, opportunity analyses, competitor profiling / benchmarking, GTM strategy, and fair share analyses.

Craig spent three years at KPMG specializing in M&A and corporate strategy, working with private equity and corporate clients across commercial due diligence, operational due diligence, growth strategy, performance improvement, and value creation. Craig started his career in KPMG’s Deal Advisory rotation program, performing financial due diligence, sell-side readiness, technical divestitures, and IPO readiness.

Craig has advised clients across multiple industries, including: Manufacturing, Technology, Telecom, Media, Financial Services, and Healthcare & Life Sciences.

Craig graduated from Indiana University with a B.S. in Accounting & Operations Management and a M.S. in Accounting.
