Austin is an Associate in Accordion’s Strategic Finance practice with over five years of experience in consulting, investment banking, and corporate finance.
At Accordion, he has partnered with management teams of sponsor-backed companies across Consumer, Aerospace & Defense, Industrial Engineering & Construction, Data Center Infrastructure, and Healthcare Services sectors, playing a key role on engagements focused on planning and performance management, board and management reporting, and other post-acquisition strategic initiatives and special projects.
Prior to Accordion, Austin worked in investment banking at North Point Mergers & Acquisitions and Allegiance Capital Corporation, where he supported leveraged buyouts, roll-up strategies, and capital raises for a range of consumer and business services companies.
He began his career at Oracle, collaborating with clients on early-stage cloud transformation strategies.
Austin holds a B.A. in Economics with a minor in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin.
