Austin is an Associate in Accordion’s Strategic Finance practice with 5+ years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, consulting, and business development.
With Accordion, Austin has partnered with the management teams of Private Equity Sponsor-backed companies within the Consumer and Aerospace & Defense industry. He has contributed to a variety of engagements, including the builds of annual operating plans, enhanced management reporting packs, and other post-acquisition strategic initiatives.
Before joining Accordion, Austin worked in investment banking at North Point Mergers & Acquisitions and Allegiance Capital Corporation. He played a key role in executing numerous transactions, including capital raises, leveraged buyouts, and roll-up strategies for a diverse range of businesses within the larger Consumer and Business Services sectors.
Austin began his career with Oracle, where he collaborated with clients in the early stages of developing their cloud and IT infrastructure strategies.
Austin graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a B.A. in Economics and a minor in Finance.
