Andy Schwartz

Andy is a Vice President with nearly three decades of manufacturing and distribution operations excellence experience. He partners with clients and key stakeholders to raise the bar and drive transformational change.

Prior to joining Accordion, Andy was a Senior Consultant with OperationsRx. He worked on several challenging engagements including operational improvement, inventory management, and interim management across a diverse range of clients delivering exceptional results.

Before OperationsRx, Andy served as Regional Network Manager – Americas at Peli BioThermal, a global supplier of temperature-controlled packaging and service provider to the global life sciences industry. He provided support, built culture and ensured that the Americas network was providing superior results via all processes.  By strategically launching new centers in key areas, Andy ensured seamless operations for critical customer product launches during a period of remarkable EBITDA growth of 45% annually.

Andy has honed his analytical capabilities and drive through successful leadership in various industries. His career spans retail, medical device manufacturing, foundry operations, copper fittings, chain fabrication and assembly, aerospace fabrication, building supplies distribution, storage shed fabrication and distribution, book fair distribution and automotive after-market packaging and distribution.

Andy holds a BS in Public Affairs – Management from Indiana University and is currently pursuing his PMP certification.
