Andrew is an Associate with nearly three years of experience in capital markets and investment banking.
Prior to joining Accordion, Andrew worked at SMBC Nikko Securities on the Debt Capital Markets desk, where he focused on debt advisory and origination for investment grade corporate clients across global markets.
Specifically, Andrew provided debt advisory and origination services to clients across the Technology, Media, Telecommunications, and Healthcare sectors, performing in-depth financial analysis to assess cost of capital, optimal capital structures, free cash flow generation, debt service ability, and liability management strategies.
Andrew’s transaction experience includes financings across the capital structure for strategic acquisitions, dividend recapitalizations, capital expenditures, liability management, and refinancings for public and sponsor-backed companies.
Andrew received his B.A. in Economics from Yale University and his M.M.S. in Asset Management from the Yale School of Management.
