Adam is a Solution Architect in CFO Technology with nearly 5 years of technology-related experience. He has worked with a range of technical products and systems that includes enterprise and mid-sized level ERP implementations, NetSuite platform development, supply chain product management, and productized solution support.
Before joining Accordion, Adam worked at SPS Commerce, where he identified solution shortfalls and common pain points for the entire NetSuite segment (containing over 1250 customers). His expertise with reporting tools such as SumoLogic, Power BI, and Tableau allowed for Adam to pinpoint the issues within the product and make recommendations on how to improve the overall customer experience. Adam also worked with targeted high-value customers who would benefit from a customized NetSuite solution and helped design and develop dynamic NetSuite processes to increase their business efficiency.
Prior to this, Adam spent years involved in a family-run business that worked with best-in-class restorations of vintage automobile. This experience with the small business sector helped him develop highly customized and attentive customer service and project management skills.
Adam holds a B.S. in Sociology from the University of Minnesota.
