Kim is a Senior Director with over eight years of advisory experience in capital markets transactions, such as IPOs, M&A, complex technical accounting, and operational finance and accounting. Kim joined Accordion from Alvarez & Marsal, where she was a manager in the Transaction Advisory Group.
Jasel Panchal
Senior Director, Accordion
Jasel is a Senior Director in the Transaction Execution Services practice and has comprehensive experience in M&A advisory, operating, and investing roles. Prior to joining Accordion, Jasel served as an operator focused on building the company’s finance infrastructure. Prior to that, he worked at Ares Management structuring and performing due diligence on credit investments in private equity-backed companies across a broad spectrum of industries.
James Clous
Director, Accordion
James Clous is a Director with more than a decade of experience at premiere professional services institutions. James has expertise in financial planning and analysis, business intelligence analytics, management reporting, compensation strategy, and business process improvement. Prior to joining Accordion, James was an engagement manager at Pournader & Company where he advised clients on financial analytics, reporting and the digital reinvention of complex business processes.
