Stephanie is a Vice President in Accordion’s Operational & Technical Accounting Advisory practice with more than a decade of public accounting experience across the United States and Australia. She focuses primarily with private equity-backed companies, bringing deep experience in financial reporting, transaction-related accounting, and audit readiness across multi-entity, multi-site platforms, under both GAAP and IFRS accounting standards.
At Accordion, Stephanie leads technical accounting and controllership workstreams. Her work includes supporting clients through accounting for acquisitions and add-on transactions, evaluating change-in-control and consolidation considerations, and addressing complex topics such as lease accounting and revenue recognition. She also helps finance teams strengthen close and reporting processes, documentation, and controls so that day-to-day activities align with lender, auditor, and board expectations.
Before joining Accordion, Stephanie was an Audit Manager at Crowe LLP, where she specialized exclusively in for-profit, private equity-backed healthcare entities in the U.S. market, with key involvement in auditing more than 150 business acquisitions, predominantly for highly acquisitive healthcare platforms. She began her career with Crowe in Australia, where she completed three international secondments to the U.S. before relocating permanently in 2018. During her time in Australia, she served clients in sectors including agriculture, food and commodities, and construction. Stephanie is both a Chartered Accountant (Australia) and a licensed CPA in Texas, and she holds a Bachelor of Business degree with a major in Accounting from Southern Cross University in Australia.
