Zach is a Vice President with almost a decade of experience in restructuring, investment banking, and credit analysis. He specializes in supporting all phases of the restructuring process including developing financial models, assessing various operating, and liquidity scenarios.
Prior to joining Accordion, Zach was a Managing Consultant at Berkeley Research Group where he advised creditors in both in-court and out-of-court restructurings on maximizing recoveries by navigating them through the complex process. His industry experience includes metals and mining, oil and gas (exploration and production), power, retail, food and business services, manufacturing, and distribution.
Previously, Zach was an Associate at Rothschild where he specialized in evaluating companies entering into or experiencing distress including analyzing capital structures, credit documents, financial covenants, debt capacity, and liquidity ratios.
Before attending business school, Zach was an Associate Analyst at Moody’s within the oil and gas credit ratings group, whereby he analyzed debt instruments across the capital structure and facilitated communications regarding ratings methodologies with CFO and treasurer level contacts.
