Tallisha is a Director in the Transformation Practice and has over twenty years of experience in the Revenue Cycle Healthcare Industry. She specializes in the implementation and optimization of Epic systems and is known for driving results that improve revenue cycle outcomes and patient financial experience.

Prior to joining Accordion, Tallisha was a Director with Pinnacle Healthcare Advisors. Before then, Tallisha held leadership roles with BDO, USA, and M Health Fairview.

Tallisha brings extensive operational experience across the revenue cycle, specializing in standardizing and optimizing processes within patient access, middle revenue cycle, and patient financial services. Her background roles within healthcare provider settings and as an external consultant, showcase her adaptability and expertise in transforming complex revenue cycle functions.

Tallisha earned a Master of Arts in Leadership and Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, both from Concordia University, St. Paul. She holds certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) from Healthcare Financial Management Association, and Epic Resolute Hospital Billing Administration with Single Billing Office.
