Sonny Thadani is a business builder at heart. He has built and sold multiple companies in a variety of industries over the past two decades.
Most recently, he co-founded a mental health company that focuses on delivering positive outcomes for school communities. As the CEO, he was responsible for go-to-the-market strategy as well as people and product development. He has successfully raised capital from venture capital and private equity over the past decade.
Prior to Robin, Sonny was the Chief Operating Officer for Accordion. His role morphed over time, from business development to people management and operations. He has also had a culture first mentality and was often seen walking the halls trying to get the best outcomes from everyone on the team.
Sonny started his career in real estate and learned early on that hard work and focus on the client is the best strategy for high growth.
He earned his bachelor’s degree from Syracuse University and is a diehard Orange fan.
