Sanjeev Malik

Sanjeev is a Managing Director and a leader in Accordion’s Transformation practice with two decades of complex transformation, value creation, performance improvement, and M&A experience – both as an operating executive and an advisor role. He has led complex transformation, value creation, and M&A transactions for global Fortune 500 corporations and private equity firms.

Over the past 20 years, Sanjeev has created more than $1B shareholder value for private equity and Fortune 500 clients. He has served clients across various industries such as private equity, technology, healthcare, retail, industrials, financial services, manufacturing, and telecom.

Before joining Accordion, Sanjeev was a senior executive of a $600M private equity sponsored global firm. As part of the Executive Leadership Team, he reported directly to the CEO, managed global P&L, led go-to-market transformation, developed new capabilities, and led the growth from $470M to $600M in 3 years. Before that, he held leadership positions at KPMG, Wells Fargo, and Oracle.

Sanjeev graduated from the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University with a M.B.A. He completed the Executive Education at Stanford, focusing on corporate renewal and leading change.
