Ross Sausa

Ross Sausa is a Vice President within the Strategy & Finance Group with Accordion with almost a decade of experience.

With Accordion, Ross will be helping building dynamic financial models, budgets and forecasts by also driving board reporting, KPI tracking and performance insights. There will be support of M&A initiatives from deal evaluation and diligence through post-close integration. Ultimately, the goal is to help the team make smarter, faster and more strategic decisions for the Company. 

Before joining Accordion, Ross spent about a decade working in investment banking and corporate strategy. Ross served as an advisor to founder led businesses, assisting them in capital raises and M&A activities. 

Ross has spent the past 6 years of his career working at various lower middle market technology investments banks where he focused on M&A and capital raises primarily for FinTech bootstrapped companies. Most notably, he worked at Leonis Partners and PEAK Technology Partners. Before his career in investment banking, he worked at Ernst and Young within the Wealth and Asset Management Group of Financial Services. 

Ross graduated from the University of Delaware Honors College with a B.S. in Finance and Accounting and minor in economics.
