Ofri is a Managing Director with two decades of business experience in financial operations, business process improvement, Lean Six Sigma, cost reduction, M&A diligence, sell-side diligence, divestiture/separation planning, and post-deal integration.
Most recently he was a leader in FTI Consulting’s Merger Integration & Carve-out Practice, where he was responsible for go-to-market strategy, product design & development, pursuit and marketing collateral, training and recruiting, and client engagement delivery.
Ofri has assisted multiple clients with “Sell-side” and “Buy-side” transactions. He provided his clients with the methodology, approach, and tools necessary to execute detailed carve-out transactions across the Finance, IT, and back-office functions of the carve-out entity. This includes standing up the Finance and IT functions, assessing one-time costs, preparing Transition Services Agreements (TSAs), and planning for Day 1 and 100 Day integration/separation.
Ofri also managed and executed numerous pre-deal due diligence efforts working with private equity and corporate clients, focusing on back office operations with deep expertise in the Finance and Information Technology functions. He has advised clients across a variety of industries including chemicals, retail, consumer products, media & entertainment, and industrial products.
Ofri graduated with honors from Syracuse University with a B.S. in Finance & Economics.
