Nigam is a Vice President within Accordion’s Transformation practice with almost a decade of advisory, accounting, and performance improvement experience.​​

At Accordion, Nigam collaborates with private equity backed organizations, partnering with management teams, and key stakeholders to identify and drive change through Finance and Digital Transformation. He specializes in helping transform finance functions, with the goal of optimizing finance processes, integrating technology solutions, and elevating organizational performance. Nigam has successfully leveraged his transformation and professional experience to help spearhead and execute transformation programs that both unlock and accelerate value creation. ​

Before joining Accordion, Nigam spent seven years within the Finance group at GCM Grosvenor where he helped develop and execute strategies to drive operational improvement. He was primarily responsible for performing the fund accounting and analysis functions for investment partnerships and accounts managed by the firm. In addition, he helped create and manage the Accounts Payable function at GCM Grosvenor, ensuring all expenses were equitably allocated to clients in accordance with firm policies and procedures.​​

Nigam started his career in the IT Advisory practice of Ernst & Young’s where he was responsible for performing and reviewing IT audit procedures for a wide variety of financial services clients.​​

Nigam graduated from Indiana University with a B.S. in Finance and Technology management and received his M.B.A. from Indiana University.​
