Nathan Pearson

Nathan is a Director with over a decade of experience advising clients in achieving synergies and value creation through execution for M&A and divestiture planning for both buy and sell side support. His specialties include integration & separation program management and governance, Day 1 planning, post-merger integration, TSA management, organization design, target operating model framework, and KPI/Synergy commitment tracking for stock and asset deals.

With Accordion, Nathan leads end-to-end merger integration/carve-out projects – helping clients achieve deal value through issue-free Day 1 readiness and post-close execution.

Prior to joining Accordion, Nathan spent over 15 years with Deloitte and KPMG in various M&A transaction service roles assisting clients with corporate transactions – including integration, divestiture planning, IPO readiness, and legal entity operational readiness with a focus on cross-functional interdependencies and Day 1 readiness. Nathan has stood up various Project Management Offices (PMOs) in Finance, Tax, Treasury, and Legal Entity Operational Readiness and Stand-up – supporting various M&A transactions and business transformations.

Nathan utilizes his M&A, Finance and IT training to lead many transformational projects across various industries. His past clients include members of the health and life sciences, public utilities, consumer products, technology, media, manufacturing and gaming sectors.

Nathan has Finance and Information Systems degrees from Indiana University, Kelley School of Business and is a licensed CPA in New York.
