Miguel Boland is a Senior Director with more than two decades of experience in strategic sales leadership and go-to-market execution across IT professional & consulting services teams, successfully partnering with clients ranging from growth to enterprise organizations. Over the past six years, Miguel has focused on the Salesforce ecosystem, where he has been responsible for collaborating with clients to design and implement comprehensive revenue lifecycle solutions.​

Before joining Accordion, Miguel held key leadership roles in IT consulting and sales operations that were pivotal in shaping his strategic approach to business growth and solution-driven sales. As the SVP of Sales & Alliances at Kavaliro, Miguel helped build a best-in-class Salesforce System Implementation team with key focus areas in Revenue Cloud, Commerce Cloud & Service Cloud. Additional services included Revenue Automation Advisory and Managed Services solutions. In the capacity of VP of IT Consulting at Global Employment Solutions, he led initiatives that drove the expansion of IT professional services teams while delivering tailored, high-impact solutions to his clients across diverse multiple industries.​

Earlier in his career as Vice President of Major Accounts at Robert Half International, Miguel managed key enterprise accounts and led teams across multiple regions to consistently exceed their targets. He has extensive experience across high tech, professional services, manufacturing, and financial services sectors, specializing in Salesforce revenue optimization solutions, sales & operations, and IT consulting. ​

Miguel attended the University of Miami where he earned a B.B.A. in Marketing & Information Systems from the Herbert Business School and has his Master of Information Systems degree from the University of Central Florida. He lives in Montreal, QC and can frequently be found running or cycling along the St. Lawrence River. ​
