Max Florek is a Director with over seven years of experience in finance transformation and performance improvement consulting. He collaborates with CFOs and other key management stakeholders to align on and achieve strategic objectives. Max specializes in digital lead to cash transformations, driving value creation across the front, middle, and back office through simplifying and standardizing processes, implementing digital solutions, and enhancing the user experience.

Before joining Accordion, Max was a Manager at KPMG, where he played a key role in engagements with Fortune 500 and private companies. During his tenure at KPMG, he gained extensive experience across a range of projects and industries, including post-merger integrations, service delivery model design, system implementations, Phase 0 assessments and roadmap development, and large-scale transformations. His industry expertise spans consumer and retail, technology and SaaS, industrial manufacturing, and logistics.

Max began his career at Grant Thornton in the Financial Management consulting practice, where he built a strong foundation in project management and consulting while leading various client engagements.

A strategic thinker, Max takes a business-first, digitally enabled approach to accelerating value creation. He is an effective communicator, highly organized, and results-driven.

Max holds a B.S. in Business from Indiana University, where he double-majored in Finance and Entrepreneurship & Corporate Innovation.
