Marty is an Associate within Accordion’s Transformation practice, with over four years of experience in the financial services, technology, and industrials industries.
Before joining Accordion, Marty worked at a consulting firm focusing on EPM advisory. There, he helped clients to transform their FP&A and record-to-report processes by assessing technology platforms in use, developing process and systems roadmaps, and implementing solutions. Specific areas of focus were planning & budgeting, consolidation and close, and financial reporting.
Marty began his career at Raytheon Company in the Contracts Leadership and Development Program. He worked with the Management Information Systems and Business Execution groups where he integrated technology platforms across business units and refined KPI collection to increase visibility into the function’s performance.
Marty graduated from Bentley University with a B.S. in Finance and Economics.
