Mark is a People Ops Analyst on Accordion’s Human Resources & Recruiting team. In this role, he’s responsible for sourcing new talent, conducting interviews, and facilitating the recruiting & onboarding processes.
Before joining Accordion, Mark worked as an HR Coordinator at the PR agency, Ruder Finn. There, he was dedicated to providing exceptional candidate experiences – playing a large role in recruiting junior to mid-level talent. As an intern-turned-coordinator, Mark led the firm’s Executive Trainee intern classes, facilitated an international HRIS implementation (Workday), and created organizational charts of company structure.
Prior to Ruder Finn, Mark started his career as an HR/Recruiting Intern at PeopleShare in Newark, DE. This is where he learned the basics of finding top talent and discovered the importance of keeping the candidate as the focal point of any interview process.
Mark was first drawn to a career in HR as a New Student Orientation Leader and a first-year student mentor at the University of Delaware, where he graduated with a B.A. in Communications.
