Ellie is an Associate in Accordion’s Turnaround and Restructuring Practice. Ellie brings over three years of experience working with clients across the healthcare and life sciences sector to develop strategic solutions that drive value and long-term success for their businesses. She also has experience working with distressed health systems, with a focus on not-for-profit and safety-net organizations.
Prior to joining Accordion, Ellie was at ToneyKorf Partners, a management and advisory firm that specializes in healthcare. While at ToneyKorf Partners, Ellie worked most closely with a managed care plan providing TRICARE benefits on behalf of the Department of Defense. Her work focused on leading the development and implementation of a comprehensive population health strategy plan. Ellie collaborated with diverse stakeholders while leveraging data-driven insights and policy analysis to foster sustainable solutions that enhance the overall wellbeing of the health plan members.
Prior to ToneyKorf Partners, Ellie was at Putnam Associates, a life sciences strategic consulting firm. While at Putnam, Ellie worked on commercialization and go-to-market strategy plans for products entering the market in the rare disease, oncology, and vaccine space.
Ellie’s career is acutely focused on healthcare. She is keenly knowledgeable on value-based care and population health integration into managed care plans, provider spaces and health systems. She has experience with the tactical applications of government sponsored health plan requirements and services too.
Ellie is passionate about helping healthcare providers thrive, enabling them to achieve success and make a meaningful impact on people’s lives.
Ellie holds a BA in Public Health from Brown University, and an MPH from Brown University School of Public Health.
Ellie is a Certified Healthcare Financial Professional through the Healthcare Financial Management Association.
